Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship from China to most countries worldwide. If your shipping address is in a location we cannot deliver to, we will notify you promptly and assist with canceling your order. Thank you for your understanding and support.

What is the shipping cost? 

  • Free shipping on orders over $199
  • A flat $16.99 shipping fee applies to orders under $199

What is the shipping time?

Shipping time is estimated and begins from the date of shipment (not the order date). Delays may occur due to incorrect addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Timeframe

Our delivery timeframe consists of two parts:

1. Processing Time (1–2 Business Days)
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after being placed, and an order confirmation will be sent to you. Please allow 1–2 business days for us to inspect and carefully pack your items before shipment to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

2. Shipping Time

  • Europe: 7–9 business days after dispatch
  • Other Regions: 4–6 business days after dispatch

Please note: These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping fees (including expedited shipping) are non-refundable for delays, and shipping costs are non-refundable for returned items.

Are customs duties or taxes included?

Customs duties and VAT (if applicable) are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

After purchasing Shipping Protection Services, consumers receive an email titled "Xcotton Shipping Protection Placed Successfully ". Click the highlighted link in the email to access the Claims Center and file claims for lost or damaged packages.
