Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. If your shipping address is in a location we cannot deliver to, we will notify you promptly and assist with canceling your order. Thank you for your understanding and support.  

What is the shipping cost? 

  • Free shipping on orders over $199
  • A flat $16.99 shipping fee applies to orders under $199

What is the shipping time?

Shipping time is estimated and begins from the date of shipment, not the order date. It may be delayed due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other unforeseen factors.

Our delivery timeframe includes two parts:

  • Processing time (1-2 business days): All orders are being processed within 24 hours, and an order confirmation will be sent to you after the order is placed. We need 1-2 business days to inspect and pack the products before shipping to ensure everything is in good condition.
  • Shipping time (3-5 business days): After processing and leaving the warehouse, the order usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive at your destination.

Please note: These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are unable to refund expedited shipping fees for orders that arrive late or shipping costs for returned items.

Are customs duties or taxes included?

Depending on your country’s import regulations, you may be required to pay customs duties or VAT. This typically applies to countries such as Germany, Italy, the UK, Canada, and various others in Europe and South America.
