If you don’t have a positive experience for any reason, we will do whatever it takes to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Buying items online can be daunting, so we want you to realize that there are absolutely zero risks and feel secure when buying from our website. 

Warranty Coverage

Our One-Year Warranty covers any manufacturing defects or functional issues under normal use. However, the warranty will be void if the machine has been:

  • Overlubricated
  • Dropped or physically damaged
  • Tampered with (e.g., internal modifications or motor interference)
  • Disassembled or had parts replaced without authorization 

Repair & Replacement

If your machine experiences issues within the one-year warranty period, we offer free maintenance. If the problem cannot be resolved through remote support, we will send you a replacement machine for free. We respond to all inquiries within 1–2 business days.

When submitting a warranty claim, please include:

  • Clear photos of the product

After purchasing Product Protection Services, consumers receive an email titled "XCOTTON PRODUCT PROTECTION PLAN PURCHASE CONFIRMATION", click the highlighted link in the email to access the Claims Center and file claims for mechanical/electrical failures or covered accidents.

Accidental Damage Coverage begins immediately upon purchase, Extended Warranty activates after the manufacturer’s warranty expires.

Example: A 3-year extended warranty for a product with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty (in purple):

Cancellation is allowed anytime. Refunds depend on timing:

Within 60 days of purchase:

No claims filed: Full refund (100% of the Product Protection price).

Claims filed: Refund = Product Protection price - paid claim amount(s).

After 60 days of purchase:

Refund = [(Total coverage days - Days used) / Total coverage days] × Product Protection price - paid claim amount(s) (if any) - administrative fee (varies by state law, capped at $50 USD).
