Born on May 4th, DJ Tambe is now 43 years old. He began his tattoo career at age 17 in Rochester, NY. Shortly after, he moved to Las Vegas and started working at Bad Apple Tattoo. Despite facing some difficulties, he remained committed to tattooing. His talent and flair shine most brightly on the well-known tattoo show "Ink Master."
Honored as a three-time "Ink Master" winner, DJ has worked his way through the ranks with exceptional credentials and currently serves as a resident judge on the show.Let's enjoy one of his amazing work!

One of these lifelike realisms, DJ interpreted his work as follows.
"Here’s my piece from yesterdays episode of @inkmaster That my competitors said “ it’s just a tiger.” When I picked up the skull that said color realism, it definitely wasn’t my first choice because of how difficult it can be to do in one sitting. A lot of the time simple imagery done very well makes for good tattoos that will last,especially in this style. This might be “just a tiger” but I think it’s a great one. And for all the tattooers out there that know their stuff, This tattoo was done with only a 23 mag and no liners. "
He chose a tiger that his competitors thought was too simple, but for a piece of tattoo work, the extreme of skill can make an ordinary tiger come out of its skin, which is just as much of a success.
