1.Do you ship goods to most countries around the world ?

Yes, we can ship to most countries around world. We will let you know and inform you cancel the order If we are not able to ship your order when you placed it on our website. Our standard shipping time is 4-6 working days. But for some remote countries and cities, the delivery time can extend and may take 7-10 working days. 

If your delivery address is remote, we will assess whether the delivery time is feasible and may ask you to cancel the order. Thank you very much for your support and understanding!

3.What is the shipping time?

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

– Processing time (1-2 working days): All orders are being processed within 24 hours, and an order confirmation will be sent to you after the order was placed. We need 1-2 working days to inspect and pack the products before shipping to ensure everything is in good condition.

– Shipping time (4-6 working days): After processing and leaving the warehouse, the order usually takes 4-6 working days to arrive at your destination.

The One-Year Warranty is void if you:  

1. Overlubed your machine

2. Dropped your machine

3. Tampered with the motor

4. Replaced parts on your own

And please provide the order number, product pictures, and video when submitting the warranty verification email. This info can speed up the verification process. The final result will be sent to you by email.

If the machine breaks within 30 days of receiving the order and is still not repaired after contacting customer service, we will send you a new machine for free.

If the machine breaks within the warranty period, we will provide free maintenance. The problem of machines can’t be solved through remote support; you can ship the machine to our address for free maintenance. Meanwhile, the buyer will pay the shipping fee for sending it back.
