EMALLA Official Shop offers a 30-day return policy from the original invoice date on unopened, unused products purchased on our website.

Subjects to the terms below: 

  1. To return products, you need to email us at support@emallatattoo.com for authorization and instructions. Returns received without this will not be accepted.
  2. All returns should be in “NEW” condition: have original packaging, returned with all accessories and in a resalable condition. In the event of missing accessories, EMALLA reserves the right to deduct that portion of the value from the refund.
  3. EMALLA does not accept returns for damages caused by customer responsibility after the customer has received the item. Certain types of items cannot be returned, particularly opened disposable products, or items that have been opened that risk causing infection control issues.

Get Refund After Inspection

STEP 1

Please take a video of the product issues and send it to support@emallatattoo.com, including the following information in the email: 

  1. Name
  2. Location
  3. Order number #ETxxxx
  4. Item to return
  5. Reason for return

We will upload the video and content you send to the R&D department, who will review it to determine the problem. It would take 2 working days and during this period, you could contact the staff to enquire about progress.

STEP 2

After obtaining a return authorization, we will provide our address and specific requirements. Please follow the shipping requirements as this will determine if the return can be safely returned to our warehouse.

STEP 3

If the item is returned to our warehouse without incident, we will notify you and process your refund after inspection. The refund will arrive in approximately 7 business days.

Notice

  1. For a change of mind purchase, you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  2. The customer bears the risk of shipping costs and loss of goods during the return period, so if  you are shipping an item back to us, we suggest that you could use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
  3. There is often some processing time involved before a refund is completed and available back into your selected payment method. If you have been issued a refund but haven’t received it yet, please contact your relevant financial institution regarding any payment delays (e.g., PayPal).
  4. Please do not return your items without any contact with EMALLA Official Team, otherwise EMALLA refuse to refund the items. Please strictly follow EMALLA Official return policy and requirements, otherwise we will not be responsible for any losses caused.
