EMALLA Official Store offers 30-day return policy for all the orders on our website.

For any reason, if any customer is unsatisfied with their order, they can contact us to arrange a return.

Subject to the terms below.

1. EMALLA Official must be notified no later than 30 days after a customer places their order.

2.The products must be in ”New” condition, have original packaging, and should be returned with all accessories. EMALLA Official reserves the right to assess fees for any damaged or missing parts, which will be deducted from the refundable amount.

3. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. If an item was purchased on free shipping standard, the cost would be charged at our cost price and deducted from the purchase price.

4. Customers will return items at their own cost and time and must prepay all shipping charges or associated costs.

5. The customer shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to EMALLA Official.

6. If the product is returned to EMALLA Official warehouose without a return authorization notice, and/or beyond a thirty (30) day period, and/or without proper packaging, EMALLA Official retains the right to refuse delivery of such return or may return the unit to the customer at the customer’s expense and with no refund issued.

7. Refunds will be processed within 7 -10 working days after the returned item has been inspected. We accept no responsibility for delays caused by 3rd parties (such as payment processes, etc.).

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Email us at support@emallatattoo.com with the following information:

1. Order Number
2. Item to return
3. Item condition
4. Reason for return

We will get back to you within 24 business hours.

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN YOUR ITEM TO US WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION, this is vital for us to be able to track returned items


Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item via email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you have been issued a refund but haven’t received it yet, please contact your relevant financial institution regarding any payment delays (e.g., PayPal).

There is often some processing time involved before a refund is completed and available back into your selected payment method.   

If you have completed this and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@emallatattoo.com , and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if you’ve been sent the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for some other reason, please contact us at: support@emallatattoo.com.

Return Address:

Return address will be provided to you via email, if EMALLA Official approve of your return application.

Return Shipping:

For a change of mind purchase, you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
